Whats going on out there!
A woman from Antigua, Guatemala takes a look out of her front door to see what all the commotion is about. There was a huge parade going down the street opposite. Antigua is one of the most beautiful places in the world I have been to so far. It is a photographers dream filled with colors, shadows, different people, culture, architecture and the city is surrounded by not 1 but 2 erupting volcanoes. At night you can take timelapse photos of the lava flowing down the mountain.

Lance, this brings back memories for me. My wife and I lived in Gautemala City for 6 months back in the early 90's. Antigua was a favourite haunt. I agree with you about it's beauty. Shabby, frozen-in-time beauty. Did you get to any other locations in Guat?
